Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Risk and Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Tech Hub, you will play a vital role in shaping and enforcing risk mitigation strategies and controls.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in technology risk, controls, and assurance disciplines, with a proven track record in successfully performing control testing, identifying technology control gaps, and providing remediation strategies.

  • Provide expertise and guidance vertically and horizontally in IT governance, risk management, controls, and assurance.
  • Build strong relationships throughout the business to successfully manage and execute control testing and reporting.

You will work closely with the Technology Controls & Assurance Director to ensure that technology, security, and data controls are documented, assessed, and managed effectively across the firm.

In this role, you will actively contribute to the development, documentation, approval, implementation, and testing of the firm's Technology, Security, and Data Controls.

Additionally, you will manage and execute the evaluation of design and operational effectiveness of internal controls in accordance with the Control Assurance Framework.

Escalate and report on risks, control weaknesses, incidents, and issues that remain unmitigated or outside of risk appetite.

Drive enhancements to the Technology controls & assurance frameworks and practices.
