We are seeking experienced professionals to lead agile delivery teams as part of a large-scale transformation initiative.
This role involves facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments and supporting the team in delivering high-quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and empower team members and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions
- Removal of impediments and ensuring smooth workflow
- Coaching and mentoring team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with product owners, developers, testers and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of sprint goals
Requirements include:
- At least 5 years of experience in Scrum Master or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of agile principles and practices
- Ability to motivate and empower team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Additional information:
