Agile Business Analyst

Working as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team, you'll partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, map end-to-end integrations, and trace data across connected platforms.
With a sharp eye for detail and the ability to drive clarity in complex ecosystems, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping future-state capabilities.
This is: what you'll do Lead business and technical workshops to capture and define requirements Map data flows, define field-level transformation logic and trace data across integrated systems Review integration specifications and message schemas (JSON, XML, flat files)Create and maintain business process maps for current and future state (Visio, Signavio desirable)Collaborate across testing cycles to ensure traceability of requirements through build and test Maintain structured documentation including BRDs, data dictionaries, interface specs and decision logs Work across Saa S, API, ETL and file-based integration environments to enable scalable connectivity Support governance, compliance and audit through clear traceability and structured outputs This is: what you'll need Proven experience as an Agile Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments Strong experience with data mapping, integration flows and transformation logic Ability to translate requirements into technical formats including field-level mappings and validation rules Familiarity with Saa S-based application integrations, especially across API and ETL frameworks Desirable: Experience with Microsoft Azure Paa S, retail pricing and promotions systems Confident self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and documentation quality Strong planning, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities This is: the perks Join a strategic enterprise program with high visibility and impact12-month daily rate contract with immediate start Hybrid working in a collaborative and outcome-driven team Play a key role in driving integration and data maturity This is: what's next Apply now or reach out to: Elton Kelly Principal Consultant, Natural Selection Group M: 0405 294 375 E: elton.kelly@naturalselectiongroup.com.au
