Agile Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Agile Team Lead to lead agile delivery teams as part of a large-scale transformation initiative.

In this role, you will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and support the team in delivering high-quality outcomes.

This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and ensuring clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
  • Monitor team performance and velocity, and support delivery of high-quality, incremental value.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile delivery environments, ideally within SAFe frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and team dynamics.
  • Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Experience in large-scale transformation programs or complex multi-vendor environments.
