Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team at The Old Clare. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality and building lasting relationships with our guests.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, guiding them through check-in and check-out with seamless efficiency.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring each stay is comfortable, memorable, and uniquely tailored.
  • Lead the daily flow of the front desk, creating a smooth and inviting environment that embodies our property's values.
  • Be proficient in using front and back-office equipment, systems, and programs.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests warmly and professionally, always aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members by following WHS policies and procedures.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
">Requirements
  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel setting, with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience; you naturally look for ways to enhance each guest's stay.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect easily with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexible, reliable, and solution-focused; you bring positivity to any team and handle challenges gracefully.
  • Strong working knowledge of a Property Management System, preferably Opera Cloud.
  • The ability to work on a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A current RSA and First Aid certification is preferred, but not required.
