Job Description

As a key member of our Conference & Events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will work closely with the Conference & Events Manager to manage menu details, address guest feedback, and resolve service concerns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering seamless Corporate, Social, and Wedding events from setup to packing down.
  • Maintaining a high standard of presentation and service across all areas of the venue.
  • Leading and inspiring a team of staff to ensure excellent guest experiences.
  • Upholding venue standards and ensuring alignment with hotel expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and service.
  • Strong communication skills to engage clearly with both guests and team members.
  • Attention to detail to ensure service excellence at every touchpoint.
  • Flexibility and availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster.
  • Current RSA certification is essential.
