Key Responsibilities

The role will oversee the setup of financial and corporate frameworks to ensure alignment with organisational objectives, compliance obligations, and financial sustainability.

You will:

  • Develop a delivery plan to achieve project milestones and identify risks early on.
  • Prepare high-quality project documentation in a timely manner.
  • Establish a governance framework and operating model to align with organisational structure.
  • Define scope and relevant business processes for financial transactions.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in finance, business administration or a related field, or extensive relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse teams and delivering services to meet financial performance criteria.
  • Experience negotiating, managing and executing contracts, and delivery of contractual obligations.
  • High-level financial management skills.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
