About the Job

We're seeking an accomplished project manager to lead and inspire our delivery teams in delivering complex initiatives.

  • Define and deliver large-scale projects (up to $10 million) across their entire lifecycle, considering complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value.
  • Develop strong relationships and collaborate effectively with various functions to achieve objectives, ensuring clear expectations for all parties involved.
  • Utilize modern working methods and tools to enhance productivity within a dynamic environment.
  • Craft project scope, success criteria, and deliverables that align with business goals, interpreting stakeholder needs accurately.
  • Establish effective governance for project tracking and reporting to ensure timely and informed decision-making.
  • Manage variance and change requests within control mechanisms.
  • Plan, control, and monitor costs and outcomes to meet financial objectives.
  • Lead the project team, delegate tasks appropriately, provide direction and clarity, and maintain a collaborative work environment while holding the team accountable for commitments.
  • Adhere to broader organizational governance requirements for reporting and tracking purposes.
  • Manage risks and issues to achieve optimal outcomes.
