Job Title: Accounts Receivable Officer

We are seeking a new team member, full time in our National Office located in Bundall, Gold Coast, who will be responsible for administering customer accounts including collections, answering customer billing queries, making outbound calls to residents and their families, processing payments, reconciliation of accounts, and preparation of month end and ad hoc reports.

As an experienced Accounts Receivable/Billings Officer, you will have solid experience in the accounts receivable space, familiarity with company procedures and policies, and the ability to empathise with others and be respectful of their situation at all times.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication both written and verbal skills, attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, confidence to have transparent discussions and negotiate, and proven ability to work to and meet deadlines.
