Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about warehouse management and wants to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that it runs efficiently and effectively. This includes managing inventory movements, implementing process improvements, and leading a team of 5 staff members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing work activities in the warehouse to ensure maximum productivity">
  • Managing inbound and outbound inventory movements to minimize delays and errors">
  • Ensuring the secure storage of inventory in the warehouse">
  • Utilizing warehouse space and equipment efficiently to maximize capacity">
  • Loading and unloading containers and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently">
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable warehouse environment at all times">
  • Implementing and complying with WHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment">
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in Work, Health and Safety">

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you will need to have:

  • ">
  • A minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse management setting">
  • A Certificate in Warehouse Management or equivalent qualification (highly regarded)">
  • A current Australian driver's licence (essential)">
  • Forklift and order picker licences (highly regarded)">
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management software, preferably SAP (highly regarded)">
