Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and strategic Pharmacy Operations Manager to take ownership of our terminal operations.Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of shaping operational strategy.Operational ExcellenceThe ideal candidate will drive operational excellence in line with our strategic growth ambitions, managing risk and quality within a strong EH&S culture.Team DevelopmentLeading the development of both internal and external teams, driving innovation and operational excellence across our port warehousing network.RequirementsExperience within the Fertiliser industry is required, along with a background of developing and managing 3PL relationships. A proven record of managing P&L and demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking are also essential.Education and SkillsEngineering principles relevant to bulk handling and storage, project management experience, understanding of legal and regulatory matters in operations, subject matter expertise in fertiliser or bulk logistics industries.What Will Put You AheadExperience within the Fertiliser industry, background of developing and managing 3PL relationships, proven record of managing P&L, demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking.
