Training and Development Professional

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing customer training requirements and developing innovative solutions to meet their needs.

This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse customer training requirements and develop tailored training programs, materials, and assessments using contemporary methodologies.
  • Evaluate new instructional strategies, methods, technologies, and tools related to training support system design, development, and delivery.
  • Review training products to ensure they comply with commercial, government, regulatory, and organisational standards and specifications.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in the analysis, design, development, testing, and evaluation of complex technical training programs.
  • 8+ years' experience in training design and development.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work within tight timeframes.
  • Highly developed written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain a NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
  • Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
