Roster Management Specialist
">- Our organization seeks a skilled professional to create accurate and efficient rosters for Collectors. This role involves utilizing computerized systems to fill planned and unplanned vacancies across the Collector Network in a timely manner.
- Ensure rosters are available at least six weeks in advance of the current date.
- Create and maintain staff profiles in Workforce Dimensions, accurately reflecting position, hours, award, area, and shift.
- Manage data entry on WFD, ensuring timely and accurate updates or changes to shifts.
- Coordinate communications with Collection Leads and Commercial Teams regarding vacancies and roster updates.
- Relevant experience with electronic rostering systems, preferably Kronos Work Force Dimensions.
- Sound knowledge and experience in the health industry.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to adapt style based on audience needs.
- Proven ability to prioritize workload and multitask to meet deadlines.
