Job Overview

Our company is a leading civil contractor providing various services to the Australian mining industry and are predominantly involved with rehabilitation, construction, and maintenance across the region.

This role is a key part of our team responsible for recruitment and mobilisation of blue-collar and white-collar roles across multiple projects for major Iron Ore mining clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and mobilisation of personnel across multiple projects
  • Managing site inductions with multiple site operators
  • Liaising with Project Managers and Supervisors
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  1. Experience within a similar role (recruitment or mobilisation)
  2. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and last-minute changes
  3. Organised and problem-solving personality
  4. Advanced computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
