**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's team as a skilled Recruitment Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day recruitment and mobilisation activities of the business.

The role is based in Belmont, where you will work closely with the operations team to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new staff.

This is a permanent ongoing position working Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). While the role requires flexibility, occasional weekend phone calls may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise resourcing planning meetings with General Managers and Project Managers
  • Liaise with clients and third parties on resourcing requirements
  • Maintain PPE stock levels
  • Enter and submit personnel and contractors into onboarding systems
  • Maintain/update Labour Hire spreadsheet
  • Maintain/create/update mobilisation checklists
  • Organise project mobilisation arrangements for personnel and Contractors
  • Maintain a travel manifest for all personnel across all sites
  • Maintain and update training matrix's to ensure currency and identify training gaps
  • Book refresher, site specific or role specific training as required
  • Provide updates and reports on recruitment activity and pipelines
  • Assist the operations team with administration support

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Customer focus role within an office environment
  • Experience in mobilisation and recruitment of blue-collar workforce
  • Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety
