Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup, packing down, and ensuring seamless service within our outlets.

About the Role

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Assistant Outlet Manager and/or Operations Manager. We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills who can motivate their team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead your team in setting up and packing down food service areas to ensure efficient operations.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Outlet Manager and/or Operations Manager to ensure all food service periods run smoothly and to the highest standard.
  • Ensure each guest experience exceeds their expectations through clear direction, presentation, and passion for service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality venues - hotels, restaurants, etc.
  • Strong Food and Beverage service skills, including attention to detail and desire for excellence.
  • Confident, proactive problem solver with strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
  • Flawless presentation and grooming, with ability to connect with VIP guests and visitors.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate required.
  • Full Australian Working Rights, no sponsorships offered.
