As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in shaping wow-factor moments for our guests. You'll work closely with the Assistant Outlet Manager and/or Operations Manager to ensure seamless service during all food service periods.

The role involves leading your team to set up, pack down, and deliver exceptional service within the Outlets of Food & Beverage. Your presentation, passion for service, and eagerness to lead will be crucial in creating a perfectly curated experience for our guests.

  • Previous experience in hospitality venues is essential.
  • You must have a hands-on approach to work alongside your team.
  • Strong Food and Beverage service skills are required.
  • Precise attention to detail and a desire to strive for excellence always are necessary.
  • A confident, proactive, and thorough problem solver with strong conflict resolution skills is ideal.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure when responding to last-minute changes is vital.
  • Flawless presentation and grooming together with the ability to connect with VIP guests and visitors are a must.
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is required.
