Food and Beverage Management Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Food and Beverage Duty Manager to oversee daily operations across our food and beverage venues. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and efficiency in service delivery, while fostering a positive team culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Oversee daily service across all food and beverage outlets to ensure exceptional guest experience.
  • Team Support: Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating the team to create a positive work environment and maintain high morale.
  • Guest Relations: Focus on guest satisfaction, addressing feedback and handling any service issues promptly to maintain our standards.
  • Inventory and Financial Oversight: Help monitor inventory, manage budgets, and control costs in alignment with operational goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards, maintaining RSA and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a food and beverage role, ideally with management experience.

• Strong communication skills, a hands-on approach, and a talent for building team dynamics.

• Experience with Deputy, Kounta, SevenRooms, and Lightyear is a plus.
