Your Role

In this position, you'll be responsible for managing and enhancing our suite of applications to meet the needs of our organisation and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure applications meet operational requirements and support business objectives.
  • Contribute to process optimisation efforts to enhance processes and adhere to best practices in maintenance, support, and deployment of applications.
  • Provide essential support and maintenance for applications, including routine updates and patch applications to ensure systems operate efficiently.
  • Offer recommendations for optimising application environments to improve performance and reliability based on observed trends and issues.
  • Support interactions with third-party vendors and solution providers to ensure integrated services work seamlessly and meet performance standards.
  • Aid in developing and implementing recovery and business continuity plans to reduce downtime and ensure quick service restoration in case of disasters.
  • Assist in identifying operational risks and ensuring applications compliance with relevant standards and regulations to protect business operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Banking and Financial Services experience
  • Experience with CRM systems, Genesys Cloud, HCM, or Banking Systems
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and software development life cycles
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the financial industry
  • Relevant certifications (ITIL 4, COBIT, or CISM) preferred
