At Rest, we're seeking an experienced Technology Change and Release Manager to lead our planning, coordination, and execution of technology changes and releases within the organization.

Role Overview:

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Sydney, offering a hybrid working model (A Blend of Office/Home). As a Technology Change and Release Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that changes and releases are implemented efficiently and effectively while minimizing disruption to the business and maximizing the value delivered to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and govern a robust IT change management strategy, adhering to ITIL v4 standards, for the evaluation, authorization, and implementation of changes to IT services and infrastructure.
  • Orchestrate and direct comprehensive release management processes, including policy creation, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with ITIL v4 best practices.
  • Monitor release and deployment activities, ensuring thorough testing and validation, while proactively managing issues and reporting on progress to maintain transparency across the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement in change and release practices by conducting audits, leveraging industry insights, and promoting process automation initiatives for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among IT teams, business units, and external vendors, fostering key stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth and successful change execution.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
  • ITIL v4 certification and ServiceNow experience is highly preferred.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a hybrid working model, purchase leave scheme, gender-neutral 16 weeks paid parental leave, and more.
