About the Role

Change Recruitment is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join their team in Sydney, NSW on a long-term fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions.
  • Design and document solution architectures, ensuring alignment with the organisation's technology strategy and best practices.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of technology solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, and provide recommendations to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Requirements
  • Significant experience (8+ years) as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical design role.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-level technology solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in various technology domains, such as cloud computing, Microservices, and data engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
