About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technology Change and Release Manager to join our team at Rest Super.

As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of technology changes and releases within the organization.

Your primary goal will be to ensure that changes and releases are implemented efficiently and effectively while minimizing disruption to the business and maximizing the value delivered to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Govern a Robust IT Change Management Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive IT change management strategy that adheres to ITIL v4 standards, ensuring the evaluation, authorization, and systematic implementation of changes to IT services and infrastructure.
  2. Orchestrate Release Management Processes: Direct and coordinate comprehensive release management processes, including policy creation, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with ITIL v4 best practices.
  3. Monitor and Report on Release Activities: Continuously monitor release and deployment activities, ensuring thorough testing and validation, while proactively managing issues and reporting on progress to maintain transparency across the organization.
  4. Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion the pursuit of excellence in change and release practices by conducting audits, leveraging industry insights, and driving process automation initiatives for enhanced operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
  • ITIL v4 certification and ServiceNow experience is highly preferred.
