At Rest, we're looking for a skilled Technology Change and Release Manager to join our IT Service Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of technology changes and releases within the organization.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology and a knack for managing complex projects. You'll work closely with our IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure smooth and successful change execution.

Key responsibilities include:

Key Accountabilities
  • Developing and governing a robust IT change management strategy in accordance with ITIL v4 standards.
  • Orchestrating comprehensive release management processes, including policy creation, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Monitoring release and deployment activities to ensure thorough testing and validation, while proactively managing issues and reporting on progress.
  • Championing continuous improvement in change and release practices through audits, industry insights, and process automation initiatives.

Key qualifications include:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience, with ITIL v4 certification and ServiceNow experience highly preferred.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:
