The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager for our Public Access team in our Medical sales division. As the Marketing Manager for Public Access across ANZ & East Asia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our marketing strategy in a diverse and rapidly growing region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns that align with regional needs and drive growth.
  • Mentor and inspire your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Develop deep knowledge of regional markets, competitive landscapes, and target audiences to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies that target specific audiences within key industry verticals.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including compliance, legal, and sales, to ensure seamless and compliant marketing execution.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to set and execute a strategic vision for the team and product group.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence across the organization.
  • Previous experience as a Marketing or Brand Manager in a technology or consumer-related industry.
  • Previous experience designing and executing strategic advertising/public awareness campaigns across all mediums.
