We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our digital strategy and innovation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive customer acquisition and retention across various digital channels.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Create engaging content for websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns that resonates with our target audience.
  • Analyse campaign performance using key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Oversee PPC, display, and social media campaigns to ensure they meet budget, performance, and conversion targets.
  • Research and implement AI-driven tools to improve customer experiences and enhance marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and provide actionable insights to improve service delivery.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in a service-based industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience with call centre metrics and leveraging them to improve marketing and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies in marketing, such as chatbots, predictive analytics, and personalised content delivery.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to analyse and report on data-driven insights.

Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
