We're seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team on-site at a shopping centre in Surfers Paradise. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans and engagement strategies to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and community groups to promote the centre's brand and reputation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform marketing decisions
