About the Role

At Youi, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to lead our search and affiliates team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and innovation in our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive search and affiliates strategy to drive conversions, traffic, and business alignment.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing search and affiliates team, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors through joint business plans that enhance performance and value for Youi.
  • Present performance and strategy updates to senior leadership, ensuring alignment and support through clear and persuasive communication.
  • Own the search and affiliates budget, delivering accurate monthly and yearly forecasts to optimise spending.
  • Regularly test new strategies and drive innovation to improve search and affiliates performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams for seamless data integration and campaign optimisation.
About You

We are looking for a results-driven leader with a passion for digital marketing and experience leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Business or Marketing (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce and deliver C-suite level presentations.
  • A strong understanding of other digital and offline channels and their role within the media ecosystem.
  • Google Certifications.
  • 7+ years of SEM and/or PPC experience, either client-side or agency-side.
  • A proven ability to drive PPC performance through guidance and coaching.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
  • Experience managing agency relationships.
  • Project management skills.
  • A solid understanding of marketing processes and workflows.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive:
