Senior Bid Developer

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the APAC Growth team, responsible for the seamless submission of bids and ensuring compliance with Business Development processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring bid team adherence to Palladium BD processes using the APAC BD Process Manual.
- Providing leadership to maintain bids on track and ensure robust strategy.
- Coordinating and leading bid team meetings and bid development scheduling.
- Working with Geographical Leads to translate capture planning into bid development and ensuring the bid is delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Collaborating with the bid team to finalize bid commercials and pricing strategies.
- Managing review processes and ensuring that reviewers' feedback is adequately collated and responded to.
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of BD processes and collaboration across the business with the centralized BD function.
This role requires previous experience as a Bid Manager in a consulting or project management environment. Ideally, you will have DFAT bid writing experience or experience in bid writing from other donor organizations such as FCDO or USAID.
A strong project management / process management background, people management and coaching experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders are essential.
