Looking for a new challenge in customer service? We are seeking full-time/casual waitstaff to join our team

About the Role:

We are looking for individuals who love making others smile, are outgoing and confident, and have excellent personal presentation skills. You will be responsible for giving our customers an exceptional customer experience, assisting with questions or queries, serving food and beverage, and general cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Giving our customers an excellent customer service experience.
  2. Assisting customers with any questions or queries.
  3. Serving our customers with a wide range of food & beverage.
  4. General cleaning duties.

Requirements:

  • An approachable demeanor and good communication skills.
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Good attention to detail and cash handling skills.
  • An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • A flexible approach to work.
  • PREFERRED: A minimum of 6 months of fast food or restaurant experience.
