About the Role
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, increasing average transaction value and driving sales growth.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Motivated and target-driven, with a desire to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
