Operational Readiness Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading mining and resources organisation as an Operational Readiness Specialist.

About the Role:
As an Operational Readiness Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth transition of major maintenance projects into operational phases. Your key responsibilities will include establishing and continuously improving robust processes for operational readiness deliverables, developing comprehensive operations and maintenance strategies for projects, creating detailed work instructions aligned with maintenance strategies, and managing contracting personnel to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
? Establishing and continuously improving robust processes for operational readiness deliverables
? Developing comprehensive operations and maintenance strategies for projects
? Creating detailed work instructions aligned with maintenance strategies
? Managing contracting personnel to ensure timely completion of deliverables
? Contributing to a culture of safety and actively participating in workplace investigations as required

Requirements:
? Proven experience with 1SAP master data entry
? Demonstrated expertise in maintenance strategy development
? Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills
? Ability to lead and adapt to change, implement new initiatives, and provide constructive feedback
? Relevant qualifications in an engineering, technical, or project management discipline are highly regarded
