Job Title: Academic Transition Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our administration team as an Academic Transition Coordinator. This role will play a vital part in supporting the transition of students from baptism to post-school learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized transition programs for students and their families.
  • Collaborate with key leaders across the school and Diocese to share insights and support plans for transitioning students.
  • Act as a key contact for families during transition and enrolment processes, providing them with clear and concise information about our school's vision and values.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to transition programs, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies and child protection requirements.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to implement transition programs and activities such as Orientation Days, Discovery Days, and Welcome Days.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to child protection requirements.
