- Identify priority channels to activate brand plans, working closely with the category team to deploy winning tactics.
- Translate data-driven insights into creative and executable plans, driving business results and growth.
- Collaborate with Global and Regional teams to drive business objectives and strategies.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional with a strong background in customer marketing and a deep understanding of customer needs. You will need to possess excellent communication, organization, and relationship skills, as well as the ability to create profitable winning customer propositions and translate them into winning customer plans.
Requirements- Strong multifunctional commercial experience in Sales, Category, or Brand Management in a Household Care Company or FMCG.
- Demonstrated experience and comfortability presenting to customers and stakeholders.
- Budget management, ensuring maximum return on investment in line with strategy.
- Plan, implement, and review shopper activations to gain learnings, sharing insights internally and with the Global business.
- Full Australian working rights and Covid 19 vaccination.
