Key Account Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key distribution partners across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Your primary objective will be to drive growth of revenue through ANZ distribution partners by creating and executing strategic growth plans with each distributor in line with financial and qualitative goals.
  • You will act as the advocate and liaison between our account team and distributors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and define key growth opportunities within each Distributor either as part of their existing go-to-market or as part of a new bespoke go-to-market.
  • Ensure that distribution AE/AMs are upskilled and trained on the value of our platform, its alignment with M365, and how it can benefit our customers.
  • Facilitate the movement of direct business through distribution (fulfilment).
  • Represent and build our public channel brand through participation in industry events, webinars, blitz days etc.
  • Manage a pipeline of distribution-sourced business.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Microsoft channel ecosystem.
  • Experience working with and managing Distribution relationships.
  • Proven track record of contributing or owning strategic planning with distributors.
  • Exceptional listener, highly empathetic to partner needs and perspectives.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
