The Role: Team Leader - Compounding

We seek a highly motivated and driven individual with strong leadership capabilities to lead our compounding team at our facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team to meet business and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving company initiatives and embedding them into the team culture
  • Managing staff resources and time-attendance systems
  • Recruitment of staff and oversight of production flow
  • Implementation of process improvement programs and maintaining quality standards
  • Participating in site audits and contributing to customer relationship management

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in goods manufacturing and demonstrated sound leadership qualities
  • Effective communication skills and ability to make timely decisions based on professional judgment
