Sterile Compounding Quality Associate

We are seeking a skilled professional to release compounded batches, conduct investigations, and support our team with environmental monitoring activities.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team in a fast-paced environment where quality is paramount. As a pharmacy compounding specialist, you will be responsible for releasing compounded batches, participating in investigations, and supporting the team with environmental monitoring activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Release compounded batches in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in investigations and root cause analysis of non-conformances, supplier and customer complaints.
- Liaise with stakeholders to complete action items related to investigations and quality procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in a GMP compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Skilled in sterile compounding techniques and processes.
- Knowledge of regulations and standards for pharmaceutical manufacture (e.g. TGA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Competent in time and task management.
