Compounder/Blender

Pact Group's Contract Manufacturing Division operates across multiple sites, supplying a wide range of homecare and personal care products to major retailers and global FMCG brands.

Contract Manufacturing is implementing a 5-year strategy focused on improving performance, driving sustainable growth, building capabilities, and enhancing engagement.

Reporting to the Shift Operations Manager, the primary role of the Compounder/Blender is to mix and blend bulk products according to the production schedule, adhering to specified formulations and quality standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Mixing and blending product components as per client specifications.
• Gathering ingredients as required.
• Preparing line filling tanks based on the production schedule and line capacity, ensuring readiness for seamless changeovers.
• Sampling products for laboratory analysis to ensure compliance with client specifications.
• Completing documentation for quality and traceability.
• Operating and understanding the SCADA system controlling the manufacturing plant.
• Maintaining safety standards and promoting a positive safety culture in the production area.
• Participating in workshops and training sessions.
• Providing training to colleagues as needed.
• Communicating effectively with the shift supervisor.

Skills and experience required:

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar systems is advantageous but not essential.
• Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable with a quick learning ability.
