Job Title: Chemical Processor/Compounder

We are seeking a skilled and experienced chemical processor/compounder to join our manufacturing team on a full-time basis. This role is a permanent position that will report to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

This position will be responsible for accurately mixing and blending ingredients according to specifications to create high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in compounding or chemical processing, preferably in a manufacturing environment. A Process or Chemical Engineering qualification is highly desirable but not essential.

We are looking for an individual with strong attention to detail and accuracy, who can follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Excellent communication skills are also essential.

The successful candidate will be able to work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. They will also be a proactive team member in a small team environment and understand safe work practices.
