About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and technical experts to identify and mitigate risks across various domains, including Resource, Geotechnical, Closure, Tailings, and Maintenance.


This role involves leading and delivering risk priorities, planning and managing work delivery, identifying interdependencies, and balancing capacity with stakeholder needs. A key responsibility includes developing strategies and plans that drive stakeholder value and resource efficiency.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in risk management and mitigation, a strong understanding of business operations and processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
