We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Store Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring recall stock is quarantined and communicated to team members, meeting and beating store targets, managing customer laybys, and championing core values on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service that exceeds expectations
  • Ensure recall stock has been properly managed and communicated to the team
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Manage customer orders and vendors effectively
  • Support store stocktake processes
  • Champion core values and promote a positive work environment
  • Maintain a safety-first culture and ensure all OH&S standards are upheld

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (2-3 years)
  • Understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to guide customers through our product range
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Intermediate computer literacy
