Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Retail Operations Coordinator to support the efficient running of our stores. This role will involve working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail operations or facilities coordination, excellent communication skills, and be able to adapt to change quickly.

As a Retail Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating logistics and maintenance activities
  • Ordering equipment and supplies
  • Extracting reports for commercial negotiations
  • Supporting store staff during stock takes and audits
  • Conducting regular store visits to ensure compliance and make recommendations for improvement

This is a key role within our team, and we are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager
  2. Coordinate logistics and maintenance activities
  3. Manage inventory and ordering of equipment and supplies
  4. Prepare reports and presentations as required
  5. Support store staff with daily operations and tasks

  • Previous experience in retail operations or facilities coordination
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
