The role of Senior Workplace Relations Partner presents a unique opportunity to join an esteemed organization in the forensic mental health sector.
This position requires an individual with extensive experience in workplace relations, industrial relations, and policy development. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing sound and timely advice to managers, coaching and partnering with HR business partners, and managing a full range of workplace relations issues.

- Collaborating with HR business partners to develop effective solutions
- Managing workplace relations issues and conflicts
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. Additionally, expertise in legislative interpretation and ability to maintain positive interpersonal relationships and teamwork are highly valued.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
