Senior Workplace Solutions Expert
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workplace Solutions Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the implementation of innovative solutions.
Assess and analyze current Active Directory environments to support migrations, improvements, and remediation activities.
Provide technical leadership and coordination for large-scale rebranding initiatives, including domain transitions.
Perform day-to-day administration of Active Directory, Entra ID hybrid identities, Group Policies, and access management.
Evaluate and implement changes across DNS, email domains, UPNs, certificates, and web properties.
Utilize PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to automate administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
Troubleshoot and assess the impact of changes to Active Directory objects and identity configurations.
Provide technical support and administration across Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, Intune, SCCM, and Windows OS.
Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide end-to-end technical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong background in Active Directory, cloud infrastructure, and identity management.
Experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
