We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and help clients connect with their customers, staff, and community to drive meaningful impact.

The Role

As a seasoned design expert, you will work on a range of projects for clients, drawing on your expertise in human-centred design, facilitation, research, consulting, and communication skills to explore different perspectives and deliver impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client engagements to deliver human-centred transformation through customer experience (CX) design, journey mapping, communication, and change management activities.
  • Facilitate workshops, conversations, and learning experiences to drive business growth and organisational development.
  • Support the growth of our organisation through marketing and communications activities, networking events, and building client relationships.

You will work across various industries, including health, resources, banking, finance, and professional services in commercial, government, or not-for-profit organisations. Every project will provide opportunities to learn and grow.

Your Skills & Qualifications

You are passionate about people, organisations, and human-centred change. To be successful, you will bring demonstrated experience as a consultant or senior consultant and a desire to grow in areas such as:

  • Human-Centred Design and Customer Research.
  • Workshop and Training Facilitation.
  • Business Communication and Change Management.
  • Consulting and Project Coordination.
  • Business Development and Client Engagement.

You are likely to have business or design qualifications, and have demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development. You will have a range of physical and digital tools in your toolkit, and the flexibility to apply these at our organisation, and on client sites locally and elsewhere.
