Job Title: Principal Product Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead complex initiatives across features and products. As a senior designer, you will use evidence-based design to create experiences that are simple, human and effective.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape roadmaps, align on outcomes, and deliver high-quality, user-centred design that is consistent and clear across journeys.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital design principles including hierarchy, grids, responsive design, Gestalt, colour and typography. They will also have confidence delivering high-quality UI and interaction design that meets accessibility standards, and the ability to manage and supply development-ready design assets.

This role involves designing for our Customer Loyalty Platform, embedded in the Loyalty squad while also connecting across Payments and Consent to shape a unified experience for our customers.

  • Mentor others and contribute to the growth of our design practice
