Adult Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team in the Northern region of Melbourne. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with adults with disabilities to provide best practice, evidence-based speech pathology services to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapy in people's homes, educational settings, or in the community to support clients to achieve their goals.
- Work collaboratively with adults with disabilities, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide indirect client service and family coordination to support client goals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies to support clients with complex needs.
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or a related field.
- Experience working with adults with disabilities, particularly those with complex needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
- Competency in a variety of IT platforms, particularly client management systems.
