Speech Pathologist for Adults in Melbourne

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team in the Southern region of Melbourne. This fulfilling role will provide best practice, evidence-based speech pathology services across the scope of practice to adults with a disability.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver therapy in people's homes, educational settings or in the community to support clients to achieve their goals.
- Work collaboratively with adults with a disability to set and achieve goals, and to work with their supports, including their families.
- Develop clinical skills in areas where you may need improvement through self-reflection and professional development opportunities.
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage people with a disability, motivate them, and build their capability.
- Experience working within a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model.
- Ability to travel to various locations in the Southern region of Melbourne as required.
The salary for this role is approximately $94,466 per annum, plus superannuation and salary packaging benefits. You will also receive generous paid leave entitlements for personal, caring or parental purposes.
