Speech Pathologist Role for Adults with Disability

About the RoleThis fulfilling position involves delivering best practice, evidence-based speech pathology services across the scope of practice to adults with a disability. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists to provide comprehensive support services.
Your Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapy in various settings, including people's homes, educational settings, or in the community, aimed at supporting clients to achieve their goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Work collaboratively with the person's supports, including their families, to set and achieve goals.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and established Speech Pathologist with a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to engage people with a disability, motivate them, and build their capability.

- A willingness to improve on your clinical practice, including the ability to self-reflect and a focus on developing clinical skills in areas you're not familiar with.
