The Role

This key position reports directly to the Sales and Guest Experience Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with our company's charter.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Training and developing frontline staff to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Meting new member and growth targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Providing exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests.
  • Assisting in lead generation through digital and traditional marketing activities.
