About the Role

The Guest Experience Specialist will be critical to the smooth day-to-day running of our sites, liaising with the operational team on issues related to member and guest experiences.

You will be the face of the brand and responsible for providing first-class experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Create a positive environment for members and guests.

- Manage bookings and ensure seamless communication with members.

- Foster a culture of excellent customer service and retention.

- Assist with event logistics and preparation matters.

- Connect members to take advantage of referrals and assist with inductions.

Requirements

- 3+ years' experience in hospitality or Front of House.

- Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.

- Immaculate personal presentation standards.
